I feel really sad for the school systems.
First, I have to say that I am a student. And...
As much as we all say we hate school, we, kids, would actually hate it to go.
I have Spring Break coming up and let's face that we all needed the break. But four more furlough days of no working, no education? Really? I understand the budget is "in a pickle" (read introduction blog for inside joke) but what are children going to reason to in the US if every year there is more and more furlough days? The days where we learn nothing, do nothing, and can't do anything about it are the ones that will harm us the most.
My school, has been starting this new thing where for every after school detention you receive, you have the pleasure of walking around the whole school and pick up trash. Is this a coincidence that the week before this my mom had forwarded me an email from my unified school district saying to save money, the District won't clean the campuses everyday, music and arts are taken 'hostage' and for all that we know, they will take more and more subjects away. As much as my superintendent "hates" to say it, the school district is coming to a fail as the fun and exciting subject in school come to a close, and furlough days are taking over the school year. As a student I have the right to say that I'm scared for the school and not to be selfish, but for me. What will happen when I get to college? By that year will my knowledge be so poor from the budget cuts and "vacation days" that I won't succeed? We might not care right now, but all my dreams ever were to be successful and not to be a hobo for all that it matters. Is my education at stake or did I just happen to be the unlucky generation. Well there's no solve to this, yet.

March Addictions.
NEWS FLASH.
Quick note on my BLOGS!
Every month, towards the end of it, I will have a Monthly Addiction. I will post any subject of addiction on both my blogs. This blog and my 'thestyleportion' blog, whether or not it has anything to do with fashion or anything. But, since it's the 30th, out of the 31 days of March, it's time for the first monthly Blog Addiction!
This being my third post on my personals and style blog, I have obviously been addicted to posting. There has been so much on my mind and what other way to share it by blogging now with the new technology out there. Wow, I sound like an Ancient Square Grandma saying 'new technology.' But there it is. Without time to chill out during the month, I think blogging has been my last resort, and I will enjoy continuing to do it!
Until Next Time,

Music and Theatre Create?
A New Hobby!
Oliver Twist The Musical

(Displays Fagin's Thieves singing, I'd Do Anything featuring Nancy in the musical OLIVER)
Recently I have auditioned for an extra in the play Oliver, Oliver Twist, in my hometown highschool musical. The three parts that I casted for were those of children's crew because of my size, obviously.. I am pretty short, well depends on what you would call short. 5'2 and 1/2 is my height exactly. The parts that I cast were Fagin's thieves, an orphan theif who picks people's pockets and and gives the riches to Fagin, a man who exchanges the dowry for an orphan's place to stay, with the numbers "Pick a Pocket or Two," "It's a Fine Life," "Be Back Soon," and some others which I am probably blanking on at this moment. Workhouse, also with orphan that forces the children to work which features a number called "Food Glorious Food" a glorious song on the imaginitave joys of food while starving orphan's only eat gruel: and oatmeal style substance. And also, I caught a part in a bridge scene as a daughter, "GIRL #1". How glamorous, yes? Though, I am pretty satisfied with my casted glories.
For my nerve racking auditioned I must confess I was intimidated by the beautiful girls who sing such intense songs like "Popular" from Wicked which is way too Soprano, high pitched for the none vocalists, and fast for my toungue. I chose one decent song, maybe unknown, called "Put on your Sunday Clothes" from the musical Hello Dolly which I saw in a children-teen version of in the local Performing Arts Center. But the song was also featured in Wall-E. How childish am I, to even know that? Ha, well that was it. But I managed to fail my dance audition, while my face was encroached with fear mixed with forced laughter in order to buy my way in with my additude.
We still have got more practices to continue. Rehearsal after rehearsal. But, aside fashion there's also a passion for acting, or maybe it's just public speaking in plays, musicals, and shows of some sort. Is this passion for acting, or public speaking just the teen dreams I have in me from watcing all the teen stars on Disney Channel speak boldly as their managers hoax them into doing recycle commercials, or just my teen angst, or whatever you call it? Whatever it is, Oliver has been fun for what I have been doing so far. The musical theatre portion of it has become one of my hobbies at the moment for many friends have been made, not to mention the tired accomplished feeling after every rehearsal. And with that note, a short blog on my new hobby, musical theatre, I bid you goodnight.

First Impressions.
First impressions are the worst for me. And for that, I'm sorry.
Name: Anjani
Sex: Female
Age: Typical Teen.
Quote: "I'm in a pickle."
Occupation: None.
Ethnicity: Indonesian
Blogs, whether no one reads it, it could probably do me good one way or another. Not so sure what I would like to be as an adult, but ever since "The Devil Wears Prada," a movie which is difficult to comprehend according to my Dad, my destiny as a fashion editor or designer or whoever Meryl Streep was in that movie must be pursued. Interested in musicals, and acting, also. But I merely wish I was as good as a singer as most out there. I get a kick out of speaking in public, but I was never good at writing anything other than poems. Maybe poetry is my calling?
But, enough about my destiny. I don't know how in the world that subject got there. Multiple subjects I think might be composed for my blog. Fashion for one, but also daily word, and maybe gossip and stupid trends adults criticise with "back in my day..." Introductions were never good for me, along with writing essays on history, as my social science teacher writes messily on my papers. I hope that this blog would be not as harsh and boring as those of any others, for I hope to add personal life that interacts with many in my blog.
My name is Anjani, by the way, as I said, intros aren't my thing. I'm not an in depth person--but I do tend to dwell on certain things, like if I ramble on about my everyday spasms. But those who do know me in real life know that I am clumsy, I am a spazz, and I might not do everything right. I do tend to find myself in unlucky situations, ones saved for another blog, but for now, my invisible, probably never to read this blog written in 12.8 minutes, audience, I hope you give this lame blog a second chance once you read my future ones. Thank you!
